We sent out an email last week informing you that our new website is live! We wanted to highlight some of the easy to use features of the new website and how they’ll benefit you.
When you order for the first time you’ll be prompted to setup an account on our website. Having an account is important for two reasons: 1) it makes our website much more intelligent from an order tracking perspective so that we can track your orders better and fulfill better and 2) gives you the ability to log in to see your order status (if order has been marked as shipped) and reference items you’ve bought in the past (possibly to reorder that cool t-shirt or hoodie you love).
Our old website had categories, but it was hard for us to add new categories as we started adding more types of products. With our new website we can easily add new categories of products and you’ll notice our new website has an Embroidered Flag category that was recently added. We’ll continue to add more product categories to our site this year and we’ll be sure to let you know about them when they become available.
Our old website didn’t have a search feature which it made hard for visitors to search our ever expanding catalog of products. With close to 300 products on our site it’s important that you can easily search for the products you need or desire. By using our search feature you can easily search for any text in a product listing (item name, item code/sku, description text).
